What is Proliant® 1000?

Proliant® 1000 is a dairy whey product, with high carbohydrate content, that can be used to replace whey powder and lactose. Proliant ® 1000 is obtained by removing some of the protein, minerals and lactose from whey. Separation is accomplished by ultrafiltration.​

When should Proliant® 1000 be used?

Proliant® 1000 serves as a direct substitute for other milk solids such as whey powder and lactose and provides consistent color and nutrient composition. Proliant ® 1000 is highly palatable and is a readily digestible carbohydrate source suitable for multiple applications.​
